In this month's mindfulness exercise, we bring back a classic that was recorded in 2009 and continues to be taught in Jurisight and other Mindfulness workshop and classes to law students, lawyers, and judges.

Scott Rogers, founder and director of the University of Miami School of Law's Mindfulness in Law Program, shares a guided practice that brings together the mind and body--awareness, breath and the hands, in a practice that can be helpful for stress-reduction.
