Professor Rogers makes available a wide variety of mindfulness and other forms of guided practices through websites, Youtube videos, and various apps, including Insight Timer and the SoBe Mindful App, which he developed to share guided practices with law students, members of the legal profession, and readers of the textbook, "The Mindful law Student."

For 25 days during the pandemic, each morning Professor Rogers recorded for the University community a different guided practice in a series known as the "Morning Cup of Zen"

Various members of the Student Services team have participated in Miami Law's formal training in mindfulness with Scott Rogers to deliver mindfulness practices as part of the school's Mindful Spaces. So that students may listen to this guidance on their own, a selection of guided practice records are also available.
