Established in 2008, Mindful Spaces are 12-Minute mindfulness practice opportunities that take place at Miami Law each day of the week. They are open to all students, staff, and faculty and offer a variety of opportunities to learn and practice mindfulness.

Mindful Spaces that involve mindful sitting, movement, breathing, and walking take place from 1:30-1:45 in the Contemplative Space, located in the Law Library, and outdoors.

Many of the Mindful Spaces teach informal mindfulness practices that provide an opportunity to practice mindfulness during the busy day.
